The Confluence Chamber Orchestra is grateful to Winter Opera St. Louis for providing socially-distanced rehearsal space during the pandemic.  Eventually we hope to return to our normal home, Salem United Methodist Church in Frontenac, and we are thankful that they are safely storing our equipment.

With the help of a 2020 grant from the Missouri Arts Council, we were able to develop an audiovisual presentation of A Snowy Day which we presented at the Kirkwood Public Library and at the Saint Louis Art Museum.  A grant from the Regional Arts Commission made it possible for us to employ talented St. Louis artists for the artwork, design, photography and sound and video recordings to enhance our website.

Chandra Brooks designed our logo. The interlocking initials form a stylized violin scroll, with one letter playfully inverted. The scalloped texture represents the curves of our instruments as well as waves in the rivers, which all come together in St. Louis.

The website creation is by Edward Haney Design.  Sound was recorded by John Thomas of Overland Studios.  Video recording on our website is by Rich Oliver.
